Current Open Positions
Videographer & Editor
The Role
You’re not just behind the lens—you’re behind the moment. At Pollari Media, our videographers don’t just hit record. They capture energy, elevate brands, and help make businesses look sexy (yes, really). If you’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and the hustle to match, we want to work with you.
We’re growing fast, and this is your chance to be part of something dynamic. You’ll be shooting everything from high-energy social content to polished commercial campaigns—and everything in between.
What You’ll Do
Client Director – Step on set ready to guide clients with confidence and make them feel like naturals in front of the camera.
Brief Executor – Take our creative briefs and run with them—no guesswork, just clean execution with a dose of your own creative flair.
Trendspotter – Stay sharp on what’s hot and what’s tired. We want fresh energy and creative takes, not rinse-and-repeat content.
Footage Handler – Offload and organize files like a pro so our editors can do their thing (and love you for it).
Problem Solver – Things move fast. Gear breaks. Light shifts. You stay calm, adapt, and get the shot anyway.
What You Bring
- A killer demo reel or portfolio that shows your range (must be attached—we don’t skip previews)
- Your own professional gear: full-frame camera, gimbal, lenses, and editing rig
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro (we don’t do iMovie around here)
- Experience shooting branded, social, and commercial content
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work with both creative teams and clients
Logistics
Based in Northwest Arkansas (required—we like our creators local and active)
Full-Time / Contract | Opportunity for full-time extension
Marketing Operations Assistant
You’re the calm in the creative storm. As our Office Assistant, you’re the engine that keeps Pollari Media running smoothly—making sure the small things don’t fall through the cracks so the big ideas can thrive. You’ll manage the behind-the-scenes operations that allow our team to stay focused on delivering fire content and strategy. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, we need you on our squad.
What You’ll Do
Master of the Calendar – Schedule meetings, shoots, and team syncs like a pro, making sure everyone’s where they need to be—on time, every time.
First Point of Contact – Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth. You’re the friendly face (or voice) people remember.
System Organizer – Keep our Monday.com boards up to date with clean task flows, smart labeling, and satisfying structure that makes sense.
Internal Communicator – Relay info across departments, make sure things don’t slip through the cracks, and keep everyone in the loop.
Support Specialist – Handle those day-to-day operational needs—printing, ordering supplies, managing office errands, helping with basic onboarding, and more.
Team Utility Player – Step in where needed. Whether it’s helping prep for shoots, coordinating travel, or taking meeting notes, you’re down to help the team win.
What You Bring
- A natural knack for organization, time management, and keeping people accountable
- Strong communication and follow-up skills (no ghosting allowed)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Monday.com, and basic office tools
- Calm under pressure and a flexible attitude (plans change—we adapt)
- A “no task is too small” mindset with a focus on efficiency and excellence
- Bonus: previous experience in an agency or creative environment
Location
📍 Based in Northwest Arkansas (required—we believe in high vibes and in-person energy)
Social Media Coordinator
The Role
As our Social Media Coordinator, you’re the digital voice behind the magic. You don’t just post—you connect, create, and help turn brands into online icons. Whether you’re scripting a story for Instagram or strategizing a full-scale launch, you’re always thinking about how to spark attention and build real connection. Bonus points if you love a good behind-the-scenes moment.
What You’ll Do
- Audience Whisperer – Dive deep into client industries, spot trends, and understand what makes their followers tick.
- Content Alchemist – Turn ideas into scroll-stopping text, visuals, and videos that match each brand’s voice and vibe.
- Strategic Scheduler – Build and maintain a posting rhythm that drives visibility, not just volume.
- Performance Detective – Track what’s working, tweak what’s not, and evolve the strategy to keep engagement strong.
- On-Site Creative – Be present at client shoots, help guide direction, and capture moments that matter.
- Creative Collaborator – Work closely with our production and strategy teams to bring big ideas to life—on and off camera.
What You Bring
- A sharp eye for design, trends, and brand storytelling
- Confidence in front of and behind the camera
- Comfort with social media tools, algorithms, and best practices
- A team-first mindset and great communication skills
- A willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate even faster
- Based in Northwest Arkansas (required—we like to keep our creatives close)
