Pollari Media Terms &Services Agreement

1. Services: Pollari Media agrees to provide social media advertising services to the Client as
   outlined in the agreed-upon project scope or contract.
2. Fees and Payment:
   1. Fees for services will be as stated in the project agreement or contract
   2. Additional fees may apply in certain circumstances:
      Same-day shoots: $100 fee
      Reshoots: $50 fee
      Travel exceeding 80 miles round trip: $0.80 per mile
   3. Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or contract.
3. Travel:
   1. For shoots requiring travel exceeding 80 miles round trip, a fee of $0.80 per mile will be
      added to the total cost.
   2. This fee covers fuel, vehicle wear and tear, and additional time
      required for travel.
4. Reshoots:
   1. In the event a reshoot is necessary, a $50 fee will be applied.
   2. Reshoots due to Company
   3. The client understands that Pollari Media is not responsible to have the estate “listing ready” or staged properly for the agreed upon services.
   4. If the estate is not “listing ready” the seller/agent is subject to a reshoot fee error and will not incur additional charges.
5. Same-Day Shoots:
   1. For shoots schedoled and executed on the same day, a $100 rush fee will be applied.
   2. This fee accounts for the expedited nature of the work and potential reschedoling of other
      commitments.
6. Cancellation Policy:
   1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the schedoled shoot.
   2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the schedoled shoot may resolt in a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed-upon project cost.
   3. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the shoot will resolt in a charge of 100% of the agreed-upon project cost.
7. Reschedoling:
   1. Reschedoling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the schedoled shoot.
   2. Reschedoling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of $50
8. Intellectual Property:
   1. All final deliverables will become the property of the Client upon foll payment.
   2. The Company retains the right to use the work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes.
9. Confidentiality:
   1. The Company agrees to keep all Client information confidential and not share it with third
      parties without explicit permission.
10. Limitation of Liability:
    1. The Company liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. 10.2. The
       Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
11. Amendments:
    1. This agreement may be amended only in writing and must be signed by both parties.
12. Governing Law:
    1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arkansas. By engaging the services of Pollari Media, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
